If you take that body and walk it all the way down this pier right to the cyberpsycho he will avert his eyes stunned and you can just walk up behind him and grab him. If you read the shards for this quest you'll know why. That was such an amazing immersive way to conclude this cyberpsycho! That's the really in-depth gameplay that cdpr is known for. I'm astounded.
